here we go, #3!

This has changed!  Wow, just about need a tutorinantal since the last time I was here to get thru all the changes!  But, that is how I am with facebook these days too.

My life has been interesting, and has routed in a different direction then I had intended.  I thought I was done with having kids at 2.  We took precautions, it is not 'user error'.  Around Christmas I noticed that I had been feel nauseated daily for more then a few days in a row.  Finally on Dec. 31 the thought occured to me that I felt pregnant.  The next day I got the nerve to go buy a test, and sure enough it was +.

I was using Implanon, supposedly more effect then the pill, about the same as IUD, and the next best thing to sterilization.

This thru me for a curve.  I am not going to sugar coat it, I was not happy.  When I let myself actually go thru the feelings I was supressing - the best way to sum it up, was that my identity was gone.  It took time, but I am confident now that I am happy about this and finally bonding with the baby.

So- the shortened version of the last 6 months:  20 weeks of nausea.  Thank goodness for Zofran!  Parker tells people when they cough "mommy, cough, potty", most people dont get it.  We found out that it is BOY number 3!  The top name is Spider Man, selected by Brayden.  I will be having c-section #3, the first 2 were not planning.  This one I have no choice.  Due date is 8-27, but looking at 8-20 for delivery.

I didnt drop off the face of the earth!

Life has drastically changed for the better! I have more time, but you wouldnt think so because I am not blogging like I would like to.

I am firmly planted in my new career. This is tremendously for the better for me and my family. The hours I work are 'normal' and I dont think I could ever go back to working weekends again! Granted I do miss chatting with people about plants, but talking to educators each day is awesome too. My new job suits me well, it is a great match for my personality.

It feels like I have become 'ME' again. :)

What is a post without something on the boys? B is 3.5 and has such a good personality. He is caring and concerned, and a sponge! We have enrolled him in 3K. P is 20 months. He was SO easy as a baby, and things have flipped. Time outs are abundant, and he is noisy! His vocabulary is expanding.

A couple weeks ago, B was crying because he thought Parker was calling him a baby. When we slowed down and listed, he is saying Brady! B just loved that!

life

We stay busy, that is for sure. Seems like we are hopping from flu bug to cold, strep throat to flu bug, over and over. It has been a long winter!

PArker is doing very well with the addition of his ear tubes. And Brady is nearly potty trained! (my toilet will never be the same)

Chris is busy in his woodshop trying to stay on top of all his projects.

I havent scrapbooked yet this winter, and it is killing me!

updates!

over the weekend we celebrated both of the little boy's birthdays! The boys both enjoyed it I think.
Last night parker fell and (over nothing, and just walking!) eye landed on book. I took him to ER because I was quite concerned about his eye and the cut on the bottom. (the lower pict, you can really see the u shaped cut well). Long story short, P is tough. It took 3 of us to hold him down just to examine his eye. I wont tell you about getting the rectal temp! whoa. Doc said he technically should get a stich or glue in that lower lid cut (eye ball is fine) but to do that w.out sedation would be impossible. I agreed. And to sedate for this wsant worth it. I agreed. Unfortunatly, by not doing a stich the scar will probably be bigger and take longer to heal. But it was the right decision.

soap.com

Oh, I have discovered and fallen in love with Soap.com and diapers.com. Mostly soap.com because I love Target brand diapers. :) It is fabulous for busy people! I love it because I can place my orders on my lunch break, get free shipping, and it ships to my house in just 2 days. Seriously, if you are like me and have a hard time getting to the store- this is fabulous. The prices are very compariable to going to the box stores, sometimes even better because they have sales and coupons.

If you are going to try them out, either soap.com or diapers.com use the referal code crankid and you will get 15% off your first purchase and I will get $$$ for refering you.

Honestly, give it a try!!!

I mean really, is all this chaos in life worth it? GO GO GO. Dont forget this, or that. Pay this bill. File that here. Eat healthy? not really when so many meals are in the car. Enjoy the little things? right.

And dont tell me that is just how life is, because I think it's bs.
